Noah’s Ark provides a service to the residents of Slough and Merton District Council, who wish to report missing, found and stray animals. The organisation works in conjunction with the District Council to offer a 24/7 call out service to all residents within the district. Noah’s Ark were able to take daytime calls, Monday to Friday, but found themselves in need of a partner who could offer an Out of Hours service, also covering weekends and Bank Holidays. Once their offices were closed, they needed someone to answer a their calls, capture the relevant information and pass on to the district’s dog wardens in a timely manner, mirroring the excellent service provided during the day.
Noah’s Ark appointed CommLink to provide their Out of Hours Response Management Service. CommLink’s operators receive Noah’s Ark out of hour’s calls from members of the public or the Police via a dedicated phone number, CommLink’s trained operators follow a process, provided by Noah’s Ark, to identify the caller’s requirements, collect all necessary information and ensure the call is passed to the relevant person or team. This allows for the enquiry to be resolved in a timely manner, no matter what time of the day or night.
